Mechanism & research

CJC-1295 (no DAC) is a GHRH analogue with a ~30 minute half-life that stimulates pulsatile somatotroph release of growth hormone. Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin receptor (GHSR-1a) agonist that triggers a clean GH pulse without meaningfully raising cortisol, prolactin, or ACTH. Co-administration produces synergistic GH release that mimics endogenous pulsatility, driving downstream IGF-1 elevations associated with improved nitrogen retention, connective tissue repair, and deeper slow-wave sleep.
