GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine) that modulates over 4,000 human genes, broadly resetting expression toward a younger profile. It upregulates collagen, elastin, glycosaminoglycan, and decorin synthesis in dermal fibroblasts, stimulates angiogenesis via VEGF, and activates antioxidant SOD and metallothionein pathways.
