Mechanism & research
BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid pentadecapeptide derived from a protective gastric protein; it upregulates VEGFR2, eNOS, and growth-hormone receptor expression in injured tendon, ligament, and gut tissue, accelerating fibroblast migration and angiogenesis. TB-500 is the synthetic active fragment of Thymosin β4, the primary cellular actin-sequestering protein; it promotes endothelial cell migration, stem-cell recruitment, and reduces inflammatory chemokines. The blend addresses both vascular regeneration (BPC-157) and cytoskeletal/cell-mobilisation (TB-500) phases of soft tissue repair.
